Some years ago I had the opportunity to watch a rodeo in the Yucatan. These rodeos like the ones in this country are a huge family event. In this painting a young man of about 14 years of age is skillfully doing a fast spin on a beautiful paint horse. I was in awe of how beautiful they looked together.
